Email Account Manager
Location: Fully Remote 🌎
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT)
Job Type: Start Part-Time, Transition to Full-Time
ABOUT THIS POSITION
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team at Bolt Warriors.
In this role, you’ll act as the main point of contact for our clients, manage relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between our team and clients. You’ll take each client’s needs and translate them into detailed plans, email briefs, and actionable tasks for our team to execute.
You’ll oversee the planning, execution, and performance of email marketing campaigns to help our clients grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns and flows.
Create segments, A/B tests, flow structures.
Collaborate with the team (strategists, designers, copywriters) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Provide clients with updates, performance reports, and actionable next steps.
Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and proactively.
Coordinate deadlines and workflows to meet client expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
1+ years in account management or as a Full-Stack Email Marketer.
Email Marketing Expertise:
Strong understanding of DTC email marketing.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (this is a must).
Client Management:
Proven ability to manage up to 5 e-commerce brand clients and multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills:
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Presentation and Persona:
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor, as you will represent Bolt Warriors to clients.
Ability to translate client needs into actionable plans, detailed email briefs, and tasks for the team.
